Darcy Donavan Instagram – I am so devastated.😭😭😭😢😢😢😢😢😥😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 My fur-baby Pixie crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully in my arms. She was 16 years old and was adored by any and all who met her, but most of all by me. These last few days have been EXTREMELY hard for me. For those of you who have animals and pets who basically are your children will definitely understand where l am coming from. Pixie stopped eating a few days ago and at that point I knew her time had come.   Dogs have a way of finding the people who need them and filling an emptiness we didn’t ever know we had. Pixie was that dog for me. I couldn’t have asked for more love, devotion, loyalty, and kindness. She brought 16 years of joy into my life, and I could not have hoped for a better fur-baby. She was a rescue, but she really rescued me. She was always there to laugh with me, walk with me, eat with me, watch TV with me, dance with me, and lick away my tears when things were bad.
