Demetria McKinney Instagram – #trusttheprocess So this last retie, my loctician asked if I had added #hair!!!! The answer was an almost offended NO! LOL! Then she sent me these pics. My #sisterlocs were established 5/12/23. So the 1st pic is from my very 1st retie which happened in #June. The second is from my retie done about 3 days ago!!!! It hasnt even been 6 months yet!!!! I looked at the June picture and didn’t realize at that time how thin my hair looked because I was just enjoying the #journey , but now seeing the drastic change….bruh!!!!! I am almost glad I didn’t notice before ! 😄 I’m posting this to encourage others on the #sisterlocjourney that #growth will come. Be #patient and attentive to the NEEDS of your hair vs the length. Ask questions of the professional on the journey wirh you and #love yourself through each moment ! You got this!!!!!
