Life throws us curveballs.
Some worse than others-
And most can’t be controlled.
What we CAN control is HOW we deal/cope with them. I find taking a little time out of the day to focus on something that I enjoy, helps to do just that.
Physical activity that requires music and focus, will bring a smile to my face every time.
It doesn’t fix everything but it sure feels good in the moment.
Times are tough.
We gotta balance them out.
Do something that makes you smile.
