Today marks FOUR YEARS no alcohol!! 🙋🏻♀️ Booting booze is the absolute best decision I have ever made. Feeling gratefully for this journey & all of you who support me, thank-you, I feel it all & am beaming it right back to you. If you are curious of what a booze free life looks like for me (along with the most amazing therapist!)👇🏼 Things I’ve gained since I quit drinking: 🫶🏻 Money, opportunities, confidence, stronger relationships, better sleep, more energy, abs, discernment, a spiritual practice, self worth, emotional regulation, glowy skin, better sex, creativity, clarity, peace, better communication, good habits, mindfulness, saying NO, gratitude, and absolutely smashing life goals & all the things I will regret not doing when I’m hopefully really old and healthy then die 🤞🏻👵🏼💀 Things I’ve lost since I quit drinking: 👋🏼 Weight, anxiety, fatigue, guilt, shame, short attention span, inhibitions & depression. Things I did not loose when I quit: 🤙🏼 My real friends, my humor, my talent, being fearless to try things, my ability to do all the things I did before like dancing, going out, diving in, vacations. BLOODY MARY MOCKTAIL 🫒 🍸 🧛🏻♀️ This mocktail is scary good! A spooky twist on a classic with zero hangover. We are using Cesar mix because we are Canucks! You’ll need: Walters Craft Cesar Mix (zero MSG, pre made – healthy & easy!) Rimmer (we like Tajin) Black olives (optional) Pimento’s (optional) Pickled asparagus (optional) Ice 1. Rim your glass by swiping lemon juice round the edge then dip in Tajin. 2. Fill glass with 2/3 ice. 3. Shake and pour in Walter’s mix. 4. Gandolf with extra spice if you like 🧙♂️. 5. Add a squirt of lemon and or lime, stir well and crack pepper on top. 6. Add spooky accoutrements – we are using black olives stuffed with orange pimentos to make evil eye skewers on a black cat & a spear of pickled asparagus. HYDRATING HALLOWEEN MOCKTAIL 🍸🎃🍾 This drink is spooktacular to make! It’s refreshing, hydrating, elegant & tastes witch’in! You’ll need: 2.3 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice 1/2 lemon or the juice from 1 lemon 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt 1 cup filtered water 1. Blend together all your ingredients. Strain if you don’t want any pulp 2. Transfer to an ice mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. 3. Add your ice to a glass and top with sparking water or Kombucha. 4.
