I had just been introduced to the Queen and could not believe I was actually in her presence. OMG! GORGEOUS! Down-to-earth, effortlessly elegant, so easy to talk to and laugh with. A WOMAN I admired with every molecule in my body. It was devastating to hear that she has died. Through the trials and triumphs of her life she lifted us up. She MOVED us. She brought us together with her sheer energy and infectious talent. May she rest in glorious peace and may she live in our hearts forever. Glory to the QUEEN.

I was inspired by a comment about how we don’t need change but TRANSFORMATION, to post a picture of the jazz album Ted Nash and I put together for Wynton Marsalis’ Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra. We performed it, with many friends, at JALC just before the world shut down in 2021. It speaks for itself and is still available on Apple Music. Love to all.
