Hilarie Burton Instagram – So I got home from book tour and immediately pivoted to our PTSO Haunted House for the middle school. I’m implementing a number of lessons from Grimoire Girl…. The house has been named. Candles, albeit battery powered, will be everywhere. And I’m teaching the other mothers to read palms and cards. Doing fun stuff for kids is hands down the thing that brings me most joy in this world. And I really really like other parents who feel the same way. I wanted to shout out my buddy @lettuceb0y for going all out and building me a coffin with a fully upholstered platform AND a demon toilet from hell!!! Because get this….he’s not even gonna be here this weekend. He and his awesome wife @bwrecky are on a family trip with their daughter. They left this morning, and so they just did this out of the goodness of their cold black hearts so that other kids in the community will have a fun event. How amazing is that?!?! That kind of generosity of resources and energy is what makes me love this community so much. So follow Brian’s band @spellitouthc and buy their merch. Nice folks deserve nice things.
