Izabella Miko Instagram – Spending time in Brazil with the Yawanawa people and doing work with their plant medicine has been life changing. Learning and experiencing their music and chants and feeling the vibration travel through my body while I channel it to heal myself and the world is something I didn’t even know I was capable of doing up until now. I am so grateful for the lessons and the great work that I have been able to do here. Going deep within yourself and facing all the darkness is not easy, but necessary to live your life fully. Thank you @uniretreats for creating such a beautiful space and powerful programs carrying the message of the indigenous people into the world. The face paintings protect us during our plant medicine ceremonies and yes they do stay on for about a week đŸ˜†đŸ™Œ
