I had the pleasure of chatting with @theatlantic CEO @nxthompson and AI legend, Mustafa Suleyman, about the importance of having diverse perspectives and lived experiences to help inform how we are building this new world of technology. Working directly with our scholars at @kodewithklossy has certainly shaped my understanding of how this next generation is utilizing tools to solve the problems they’re most passionate about — including accessible mental health resources. It’s a shared responsibility that we all hold to ensure that AI models are created to represent the full spectrum of human experience. 20+ years later and we’re still the last ones on the dance floor

Karlie Kloss Instagram - 25M women of childbearing age in the U.S. now live in states that have restrictive abortion policies. As someone who grew up in one of them, this has long been one of the most important issues to me. From conversations about reproductive rights with my sisters in the kitchen, to being trained as a patient escort in my early 20’s, to marching in the streets of NY after Roe, to visiting independent clinics in the midwest, it has opened my eyes to the struggles so many women face in seeking basic reproductive care in this country. I couldn’t just sit by and do nothing. That’s why I founded the Gateway Coalition. Gateway Coalition is a collective that works to direct funds and resources to independent clinics and the patients they serve. Our focus is to support care providers in the midwest and the important role they play in providing access to critical healthcare for patients, helping cover travel costs, and simply keep their doors open. I am deeply inspired by the many individuals who have been focused on this space for many years. Thank you @clintonglobal for including me in this conversation alongside Wendo Aszed, Natalia Kanem and Rebecca Gomperts and Jen Psaki- change will take a collective effort from us all. This is just the start.
