Kazu Makino Instagram – now time to reflect on what has been going on with me! on sep 23 i received the medal for chevalier des arts et lettres from french ministry of culture (Ministère de la Culture). when i first received the news it didn’t quite register in me until i was told that my dear friend @isabelmarant can present the medal as the tradition is to be given by another chevalier who was awarded this honor. and i cried as you can see i was so so shy and shaken up. @skmtgram was also given this medal and i somehow saw it as a sign that i am allowed to keep going with music while i am here. so thank you for noticing me and thank you @blonderedheadofficial for the support. thank you jeje @jeromedreyfuss for filming it. and the last photo shows isa and i in the studio in paris producing the music for her fashion show that happened on the 28th. we really have a beautiful story together 🙏🏽 | Posted on 04/Oct/2023 01:48:56
