Kimberly McCullough Instagram – As a director, it’s important to keep my eyes and heart open to ideas from my collaborators. This image you see here is an example of that notion. It’s part of a montage in episode 105 of NEON that was unscripted. The actor who plays Santi @tylerdeanflores being a fan of Raggaeton, the DP Santiago “Chago” Benet Mari having shot several music videos for Raggaeton artists including Bad Bunny and myself, always looking for that high shot and texture for a montage sequence, all came up with this image. It wasn’t on the schedule for the day and it made everyone nervous when we said we were going to shoot it anyway, but I’m glad we did. Therein lies the magic of collaboration.
