Lex Scott Davis Instagram – My DJ journey started back in 2016. Collecting tips from close DJ friends of mine and putting together stuff I found on YouTube. Bought my first controller off Craigslist in 2017. Played a few parties, and then never touched my equipment again. UNTIL, a little voice in my head told me to get back to the hobbies that sparked joy. With a lot of encouragement from @itsmomcrae , I secretly enrolled myself into @scratchdjacademy to gain true knowledge of the art-form. These are snippets of my set we each had to prepare for a small audience, as completion of the course. I’m so proud of the work done in this room and the girls I shared the space with. I’ve always been a music-head, but I’m forever a student. As @londnlo said “I was voluntarily stretched”. And I hope that inspires anyone reading this that it’s never too late to become a student of new things. 🙏🏽
Also, I haven’t come up with a DJ name yet, what yaw think it should be?
