Not mind driven. I am body driven. I am totally in tune with my body. That helps when the body is giving signals and signs of any sort of disruption.
As I slowly get better at being who I am and coming back to my light, I am happy to acknowledge the situations, people and emotions that led me down this path, which I’m thoroughly passionate about, and would like for you to be too.
One of the most karmically harmful things we can do is deny how much support or help we have received from someone. To not acknowledge that someone has inspired or awakened us simply creates massive karmic kickback.
The acknowledgement can be silent but it must be honoured.
Here I am. Doing exactly that.
This is my first cold plunge vessel. A 300 litre tank I got cut from the top. Yellow in colour. Light weight, cost friendly, and still makes me very happy.
Where there is a will, there is a way.
I now have a cold plunge which I just switch on and it cools the water down to a 2-6 deg. C.
