Filming SUPERCONSCIOUS was easily one of the most fun, rewarding experiences of my entire life. 🔭 It’s a film about clairvoyance, and somehow my DP @schwingzies peeked inside my mind, saw the vision I was hoping to achieve, and made every shot more beautiful than I could have imagined. He assembled a superstar tech team ( @bmsuerth @danny.valentine @gj.wells @spencer_klover Chris Linder) who were as fun to work with as they are skilled, and he worked his magick to get us the resources we needed where our budget fell short. 🙏 @tastylighting @cinemechanics @cslarentals It’s surreal to have access to talent like @natboltt who journeyed all the way from Vancouver to be a part of this film. She gave us all the shivers when the camera was rolling and was cracking us all up when we called cut! And @its_molson single-handedly saved the shoot when the Fates executed a last-minute casting change. With about 12 hours to prepare, Matt rose to the challenge and showed us what he is made of! (Hint: it’s talent and good vibes. ✨) Our producer @veranoproductions is a machine. Zhe lifted this project off the page into 3 dimensions — I’m in awe of you! 🌖 Ora Jewel-Busche, you are a hair, make-up, and wardrobe sorceress! Shelby Gamble, you are the continuity wizard, and you really took care of me on set, made me laugh, and kept me hydrated!
