Special thanks to moderator and OYW Managing Director @ellarobertson_ . After a powerful keynote by mental health advocate @lucyhale, I was honored to introduce delegate David Johnson to speak. At 24, he is not only in his final year of medical school, but also founder and president of @letsunpackitco, a youth led movement to build hope, end stigma and demand action to make mental health a reality for Caribbean youth. I also feel immensely empowered and filled with hope after an intimate discussion with leading delegates from across the world. Among them, @crystalasige (Member of Parliament Kenya), @samuelcogolati (Member of the Chamber of Representatives or Belgium), and Anxhela Bruci (anti-human trafficking advocate). These are not just the leaders of tomorrow, they are leading today! Which is why the future looks so bright.
