And make sure that all items arrive 2-3 days before check-in. 7. Take a full-time photographer and videographer with you, because you need to shoot a lot of content. Polina Pushkareva Instagram – I finally saw my first ever couture collection and it’s gorg 4 years ago I made a decision to create my own underwear line, which has grown into a large-scale project. And the launch of Nioly Underwear will start with the presentation of its couture collection. Why do I need it? The couture collection works well for marketing goals and lets immediately bring Nioly Underwear to the level of a luxury brand. So it won’t be perceived just as a brand of another influencer. Creating a couture collection is expensive and not every brand can afford it. But I have the financial opportunity to create my brand the way I want and go against the fashion industry. What pisses me off is that the fashion industry makes us all look the same and that popular top brands create beautiful clothes of the shitty quality or too sexualized pieces. I want to change this. Plus, I often attend events and “advertise” other people’s clothes. So why not create your own collections for yourself and your celebrity clients? And instead of promoting others, promote your own brand. Along with the underwear line, I want to launch a jewelry brand. But I haven’t made up my mind on it. I do love jewelry, but I’m sick of spending hours searching for interesting and high-quality products. Since, in fact, there is no normal-priced, interesting and high-quality jewelry on the market. I can’t name even a single brand where I could definitely find and choose something like that. Polina Pushkareva Instagram – The biggest financial decision ever As you all know, I have a condo in NYC for $4 mln condo in NYC. I made over a million downpayment+ paid 270k in my mortgage in over a year. Mortgage sounded like a great idea: I have a low interest rate, it is an easy monthly payment, etc. But the feeling that I have a “debt” + almost don’t live in NYC gives me a huge anxiety. It feels like I am wasting my own money and created myself a liability with my money and not an asset Now I finally know what to do. I was afraid to make these decisions, but I feel that it’s time for changes. And here are my new goals 1. I want to pay the rest of my mortgage I have $2.7 million to pay and I can do it without lowering the level of my lifestyle in under a year. It will give me a feeling of safety that I “truly own” my place 2. I am going to rent out my condo and buy one more condo in NYC A big one bedroom with a big closet for $1-1.5 millions and move in there. The new condo will be my main base and won’t waste money that much 3. I’ll buy two more apartments: in Paris and Milan for under €1 million each I go to these cities all the time and I spend at least $10 k on hotels each trip.
