All my life, I had been manning up in movement. I played masculine sports where I tried to get little, medium, or large sized balls into little, medium, or large nets, cups, or hoops. I danced in linear balletic manner. I yoga-ed and pilates-ed and cross-fitted my body into the best masculine body I was ever going to have.
But then, I found sensual movement and holy-mouse-hunters it was like everything fell into place. The heavens of fitness opened up and sent down a movement nectar of the goddess. You mean I don’t have to run 3 miles on a bum knee?! Or break my body down in TRX?! I can move and tone my body and LOVE IT?!? Praise the heavens!

Tomorrow, I embark on an epic journey with women from all over the world. The journey of reclaiming our bodies, our hearts, our minds, and our souls into the feminine essence that we define ourselves with. Living life in a feminine body in a masculine world takes intention, exploration and community. These are the gifts we will play with for the next 6 months of my online #SFactor course, Strip and Rise. We will lay waste to body shame. Leave in our trails body judgments. Desimmate unrealistic beauty expectations.
And then we will resurrect each of our own unique beauty that lays in the essence of our beings. We will no longer allow untoward remarks to discourage us. Nor will we let this worlds standard of beauty define us.
We will unleash a magnitude of beauty as this world has never seen before. And when we do? For each one of us, our lives will flow effortlessly into nirvana.

I have so much awe in my heart. The love in the room was palpable. You could touch it. Smell it. Hear it. The desire women have to truly reawaken their bodies to their goddess given greatness made me swoon:
Imagine it. 350 women moving in ecstasy. Hair flowing, bodies swerving and curving. Hearts opening and emergences happening. The feminine is rising and it cannot be stopped. The momentum is building.
I have so much gratitude to the Robbins family. So much gratitude to our teacher creatures. And so much gratitude to the women who braved through their fear to open into divine radiance. 💗
