It’s not just that one time when I was filming, on the whole – they were just so mean and Rude.
Prague has been ranked among Europe’s top 10 rudest cities. Rudeness is Prague has been a hot topic for years, with discussions on platforms such as Reddit and Tripadvisor.
I talked to other travelers too and they said they were never treated as poorly as they were in Prague.
Most of them are unhelpful and extremely rude staff in restaurants, shops .
I just met one nice guy and he was my waiter one of the restaurants. He told me that the food they serve is not fresh and told me what to order to avoid getting sick. He said that they just don’t care what they serve the tourists as tourists never visit the same restaurant twice so they don’t care about customer satisfaction.
I got food poisoning the next day from another place. It’s just sad when a place is full of tourists ; the people from the place become so arrogant and rude and just don’t care about hospitality. #prague #pragueworld

The KitKatClub is known for its sexually uninhibited parties. Guests are allowed to engage in s*x activities openly at the venue.
It was opened by a pornographic filmmaker and is now one of the most famous fetish clubs in the world.
A strict dress code is applied for entry at the door, requiring fetish, latex, leather, kinky, high style, and glamour.
I did get in – of course couldn’t film it, they take your phone away at the door – it was a bunch of people dancing in their fanciest underwear to loud techno. Some people were engaging in s** on swings. Lots of graffiti. A pool where everyone was staring at everybody. Was a very interesting experience.
Berlin is a very different city. I thought if you’ve lived in New York, you’ve seen everything. Nope!

Sunday morning outside what is known to be The Best and Most Famous Techno Club in the World- Berghain in Berlin.
This is the line, much shorter than it is on Friday and Saturday when it goes around the block.
You can party through the entire weekend in this nightclub without going home. Or you can come on Sunday morning like me, when the line is shorter and try to get in. But make sure you know the unwritten rules.

I decided to be fancy and take my family to try the very hip and stylish W Goa this time.
Here’s my review and why I feel it’s unique-
1. Location: It’s on top of a hill overlooking the sea in Vagator.
2. Design: Bold colours, lots of modern art.
3. Rooms: Very unusual rooms with chandeliers and bright colours, bathtubs with TVs -reel coming soon
4. Service: Staff is very friendly and they are pretty quick.
5. Atmosphere: Young, modern, cool.
6. Reception area is called The Living Room and is very lively with music and parties and a bar. ( that’s the W brand, their receptions are all like nightclubs and they were especially famous in the early 2000s)
7. Food: Delicious especially the Asian Restaurant -Spice Traders and I loved the Goan Thaali in their coffee shop. ( pls note the thaali is HUGE, 4 people can eat from it 🙂
8. Their “Rock Pool” is one of the most famous pools in Goa.
Unfortunately the Rock Pool isn’t working right now, it will be ready for the season.
9. They have an indoor adults only pool in their spa which is dimly lit with candles all around it. Their spa has a lot of interesting options. I haven’t tried it yet, will do later today.

This year July and August are said to have shattered records going back as far as 1850 ; yes it’s been the HOTTEST Months the planet has ever seen!!!!
Over toursim is not helping. I know it’s my job to encourage travel but there are some places that are struggling with OVER Toursim and THE HEAT WAVE ; it’s better to NOT go, especially right now.
Wait for off season in Prague. A lot of countries and places do not want more tourists, they wish the tourists would go home.

Staycation at the most iconic hotel in a india? I’ve grown up in Mumbai and when I was in college ( Xaviers ) I went to the Taj just to use the bathroom, couldn’t afford anything else!
Everyday, I walked in, used the bathroom went to the bookstore Nalanda Bookshop and stood there and flipped through all the magazines. That’s how I spent my afternoons after college by myself.
The first nightclub I went to was Insomnia at the Taj. I drank my first drink 🍹 at the Taj. My first kiss was at the Taj outside the pool at night after Insomnia.
I’ve always been fascinated by hotels, especially this one. This one has so much history for me!
Sea lounge, Golden Dragon, Wasabi’s- if you’re from Bombay ( not Mumbai ) and my generation; you know what I’m talking about 🙂
And so, I decided it was time I treated myself to a staycation in the Palace Wing Taj Colaba ❤️ !!!

My personal packing tips :
1 Do not carry more than 3 pairs of shoes 👟
2. Do not carry shampoo conditioner – hotels have them
I just carry the indulekha bringha oil as that’s something I don’t get while traveling abroad.
Due to different weather conditions & water, my hair was going through a lot & this oil has really helped with hair fall.
3. Remember
Most travelers only wear half of the clothing they bring on a trip.
So here’s what I carried on this long trip to Europe with multiple weathers-
* 7 dresses
* 2 bottoms
* 5 tops ( warm ones- for cold )
* 2 outerwear items to layer
* 3 pairs of shoes
* 1 scarf
* 1 purse for daytime sightseeing
* 4 swimsuits
* 1 hat, pair of gloves, and a belt
* 20 underwear
* 3 bras
* 3 socks
4. In 33 days, I still haven’t worn all of this. I repeat the dresses I find most light and comfortable especially in this heat wave.
Maybe I should have taken less dresses and one less swimsuit and more bras.
I wore all the warm tops in Germany but now it’s just sitting in my bag!
Oh and I bought 2 expensive umbrellas. One broke in Freiburg and the other 8 euro umbrella ( bought in Prague – they squeeze all the money out of you when it rains and you’re desperate)
Lost that umbrella soon after in Vienna.
