So I’ve been unwell for the last 1 year approximately and just been popping pills and doing bed rests and what not !
Physically, mentally I’ve been in a bad shape. But I think you gotta start somewhere to do the corrective measures.
I know a lot of people judge us as actors for our looks but life is beyond that. It’s all about being healthy and being able to enjoy with your loved ones !
