I lost interest,purpose and hope when I lost my father a couple of years ago.. had no control over eating habits, sleeping patterns.. which I am still struggling with.. but then we have to start somewhere.. I remember what he always taught me saying “Aarogyame Mahabhagyam.. Live well.. “
This Dussehra.. made my leg day (which I absolutely hate.. but according to my trainer..I would love in the future which I don’t see any near 😂) into this reel.. hope it motivates all those women who think focusing on oneself is a luxury.. no it is not.. its a lifestyle one has to adapt to.. we are the Shakti who hold everything intact.. the power source.. never forget that.. no matter what people say.. things like “neekippudu avasarama aunty” .. “35 daatina endukivanni”.. “intlo pillalni chuskovochu kada” .. etc.. all these people are scared of our independence.. scared that if we learn to be ourselves focused on our wellness we would not need them.. li’l they know its the choice we make out of love.. well that’s a talk for another day.. but today.. learn that its never too late.. focus on yourself.. you deserve to be healthy.. you deserve to be happy.. you are worth everything that you wish for.. 💪🏻
