Abu Dhabi show was phenomenal. It’s surreal that we watched UFC 294 Saturday, then did our show in the same arena the next day 🤯. I was honestly shocked, and not just bc the dudes don’t wear underwear. I expected the crowd to be extremely conservative and unforgiving of “edgy” jokes. They were the exact opposite. The jokes I was most concerned about were probably the ones they laughed the loudest at. They want the release. Comedy provides that. It turns out we all love some dark and twisted shit as long as it’s got some love in it. I genuinely hope more comics do shows there. The people want it and they’re ready to laugh at it all. Even the Chamakis.
