I may or may not have had a somewhat colourful reputation when we 1st met. So there’s a real chance I may or may not have had to persuade @claire_e_cooper to date me. 13 years ago I asked if I could take her for a drink on her birthday. She said yes. So I took her for a glass of champagne on top of the Eiffel Tower. Time has passed so quickly since then & the change in us is extraordinary. But her smile? That laugh? Every once in awhile some news comes in that trumps a lot of what’s come before. This is one of those times. Weirdly or maybe not so weirdly depending on your studies, this news landed at the end of what was turning out to be one of my darkest days in recent years. So when it landed I bear hugged the shit out of it As you know it’s tradition for me to keep a bottle of fizz in the fridge. Every-time I open the fridge door it reminds me to be grateful for the good news that’s coming, the good news that’s already here. Every time it reminds me to get in alignment. This time it seems the fizz has brought her friend Don with her. And I do love me a fuckin crowd. Whatever your poison, I hope you keep her chilled & never stop popping.

20hrs into a 36hr fast. Getting high on my own supply… A massive reset of the body before I start filming. I’ve been intermittent fasting for 16 to 18hrs a day for the last 30 days. And the weight has been drippin off me. Gaining control over the shit I put into my cake hole was so much easier than I thought. Get on it. It’s worth it. Also, my cheat days are like the end of days.

We basically made mini versions of ourselves. No gold star for guessing which one is me…..and that my friends is called karma.

Unable to be at home this Halloween, I went into town last Saturday & bought myself 5 costumes. The plan? To celebrate together the very next day, yesterday. Seeing as how the rest of the world wasn’t in on the plan, I got him to knock on the house door 5 times. Each time I changed. Each time I played music. And each time he pillaged my treat bag….
