340kg x 4 reps. Weights could have moved lighter if everything would be okay. Life happens and sometimes you lose 10kg and get extremely sick. My immune system broke immensely and I couldn’t eat my meals like usual and that led to some strength loss and loss in body weight. I’m back on track and I’m just trying to survive each day currently. Today was a good day.
