Training for my big fight against @paulwesley 🥊 just kidding… But seriously I need to get my ass back in shape- being an entrepreneur is intense. Been on the road non-stop circling 100 flights this year building dreams and businesses, but you’ve gotta be stronger than your excuses… just start. Every journey starts with one step… Nik looked at me last month as my body was starting to breakdown, and reminded me that health IS wealth. In the end that’s all that matters. She setup our cold plunge and this badass training regimen. Thanks for looking out for me honey. Time to get back to my roots ladies and gents 😉

Hopefully you can get out to have a walk in the fresh air whether you are in a city or immersed in nature. Our families congregate, as our world is on the brink of some very unsettling times and it is definitely a strange feeling. I hope love, reverence, gratitude and compassion can spin through this world like a swift hurricane.
In the mean time, I’m training my mind/body/spirit, blending, formulating, tasting, feeling, testing flavor profiles and efficacy. This is who I am. I create. I formulate. I dream. My passion and knowledge base range from wellness to Whiskey to REGENERATIVE agriculture and I’m sticking to it, always pushing myself to be better. Stronger than my excuses. I’m excited to share it all with you and I hope you enjoy it all. Building solid, respectable yet disruptive companies to help usher in great change is important to me.
