Had a lovely time visiting Patagonia 🇨🇱 with @jamesphelps_pictures and @oliver_phelps for @fantasticfriendsofficial.
You can watch the three of us hike 🥾 and horse ride 🐎, chase cougars 👀 and attempt to herd sheep 🐑, amongst many other things I’ve never done before and probably shouldn’t be allowed to do again. Available on HBO in Europe, Crave in Canada and more coming soon @mndassoc

Happier times, right before my sunglasses were sent to Davy Jones’ locker. You have to respect the sea 😎😔
We didn’t make it to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter this time in Orlando, but we *did* get to meet Neville Longbottom 🪄⚡️
Great chatting, @mattdavelewis! Orlando, Florida
This summer, my brother @mranthonylewis and I are walking 92 miles with @thesquareball. This is our first practice walk. Both furious.
We’re walking from Goodison Park, Liverpool to Elland Road, Leeds to raise money for @andysmanclubuk on behalf of the great Gary Speed and all men suffering with their mental health.
The link is in my bio if any of you kind, generous folk wish to donate. Will keep you all updated here with stories and pictures in the coming weeks documenting this horrible period of my life. Pray for my feet. Thanks x

Can’t say I don’t have the legs for it. Podcasting, that is. Last time I played football one of them broke in half.
Back at Elland Road with the old gang as @leedsunited brushed aside those dog botherers from round the way.
Nice shiny studio guys, @jermainebecks83 @eljonesuk

My first @solarbearshockey game. Only a couple of fights, including a decent 10-man tear up. And some hockey was played also. Entertainment levels very high.
A jolly good time seeing my old CO @tonygardner64 in Accidental Death of an Anarchist. A rollercoaster satirical farce with some mesmerising performances. Hilarious. Powerful. Got awards written all over it. Go see it.
Oh I also went with Rocket and Jasmine. Bluestone, assemble!!
Practically been on a tour of US based sports teams lately which, if my accountant asks, is for “research”.
Here I am explaining to the @orlandosqueezemlp pro pickleball team why I can’t sign for them because tennis elbow is basically the worst injury you can have and I need to rest.
Tried to cover the Hull badge but @jason.davidson.13 wasn’t having it. Good to visit the big man, even it was in the wrong colours and in the wrong part of Yorkshire. And look at my old man, 80 years young 💙💛
Took a day yesterday to soak my feet, sneeze out the pollen, and let my brain turn back to a solid again.
To all the walkers that helped me through, and surpassed their own expectations and personal milestones – thank you. Couldn’t have hoped for a better gang. I’ll keep the sanctity of our stories and memories to myself… at least until the book!
To all our volunteers giving up their time to look after us at every stop and nurse us through the worst of it, especially Katie – you’re heroes and we couldn’t have done it without you.
To Michael at @thesquareball who organised the entire thing and finished it, even with a bad back – I salute you. And Dan and Rob too, obvs. What a community they’ve created and fostered. Leeds, eh?
And finally, to you lot who have donated and followed us on this journey. Your support for this fabulous cause, for @andysmanclubuk and for the memory of the great Gary Speed, will not be forgotten. Thank you so much! Link will stay in bio for a while. It’s not too late to donate.
92 miles. Done. Signing off. Cheers xx

Had a textbook 🇮🇹 boozy lunch at @poggioamorelli, drinking my new favourite Chianti Classico. All entirely overshadowed by the real star of the show… my main man, Dollarino.
