For the present look of Xavier, I had to look built & strong but also be able to perform stunts. So we needed muscles, flexibility & agility. @bheegaran & I worked on a routine involving weight training combined with a lot of movement exercises, cardio & HIIT. I believe the training also helped to strengthen my joints and quickly recover from injuries. This was the only time in my life I consistently hit the gym because I clearly had a goal to achieve ; Xavier had to be convincing enough on screen that he can stand agianst a mob of goons. And I believe I was able to deliver that. Thank you @bheegaran for helping me achieve it, can’t wait to get back to gym and get in shape again 💪🏾
