Tony Hawk Instagram – When I first saw news of a skatepark in Uganda, I was inspired to visit and possibly show skaters there some techniques to learning new tricks. But as the scene there continues to grow, I am now more inspired to visit but with a different directive: to learn some techniques from locals like Calvin, shown here learning halfcab kickflip to boardslide. Thanks to @ugandaskateboardsociety for the unwavering dedication to skateboarding and congrats to them on the recent Olympic representation in Rome.
