Here are a few shots from my trip to Norway last April. This face is for me such a good example of exposed terrain with actually quite limited risk. At that time of the year, riding close to the ocean offers a snow pack that is a lot easier to trust and therefore enjoy, and damned I did enjoy it! Riding with the fear of have the ground sliding away underneath your feet is really exhausting and I have come to that ( very advanced ) age where I’d rather hike all day for one good line like this with a full piece of mind. Just getting back from this amazing trip touring around Sardegna with the whole family in our Blacksheep van. It’s the second trip that I get to do with those van’s and now that my kids are getting older ( 2 and 4) I am so happy to get back on the road and reconnect with that simplicity of traveling.
