When you are prepping for Diwali and can’t wait to see him in the new Kurta you got for him for your first Diwali together after the wedding and he suddenly gets a call to join the ship. Someone on board had a family emergency and he was requested to join within 2 days. He left 25 days earlier than he was supposed too. Hopefully he’ll make it back in time for the anniversary ❤️

Hoi An, Vietnam is FAMOUS for the CHEAPEST and FASTEST tailored clothes in the world! They make/ replicate anything for you in just 24 hours! I was surprised how beautifully they stitched my outfit with elastic, lining and everything so fast!
How much would it cost?
There are some expensive shops and then there are some cheaper ones. You gotta look around to find the right one. The price can start from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 6000 depending on the quality/ quantity of the material and you can definitely bargain.

Omg I am so glad that I came to Phu Quoc, Vietnam!
How cool is this beach? It’s called the Starfish beach where you can see soo many starfish and enjoy the most beautiful sunset ever!
How to get here?
This beach is in north Phu Quoc in Vietnam. We had to ride the scooty for an hour from VinWonders area to reach the “starfish beach” as mentioned on the Google maps. Half of the road is pretty bad and one of our scooty got a punctured tyre too. So be careful. Once you reach this spot, hire a local boat to take you to the spot where you find all these starfish. P.s go here during the sunset. The view is incredible and there are barely any people here!
P.s Starfish don’t bite and are harmless but don’t pick them from water as they can’t survive outside water for more than 3-5 minutes. Also, the sunscreen we use can be harmful to them.

P.s we went Island hopping in Phu Quoc for snorkelling. The water was so clear and we saw so many beautiful corals and fishes. They take you to 3 different islands and then a beach to relax!

Haha I knew what I was getting into but he didn’t 🤣. People usually get disappointed because they expect a huge place with many sticks at the Incense Village in Quang Phu Cau, Vietnam.
But do you know that you can visit the local families here, take a tour and see how these are made from scratch? Families in this village have been making incense for more than a century. More than half of the worlds incense comes from Vietnam which are made by these families with very little machinery involved but with a lot of backbreaking effort. This village makes about 50,000 sticks everyday in January for Lunar new year. India was Vietnams biggest customer and almost 90% incense sticks came from there. But in 2019 India partially banned the imports.
Anyway, this is the reason I won’t call it a Scam. Dont go here expecting it to be a huge place with incense everywhere. That’s just our assumption from the pictures. Go here if you want to really meet these families, know about their culture and see how these are made from scratch ❤️
