And it surely was the case of Irena Gut, a polish nurse who hid twelve Jews inside the house of a nazi officer during WW2. Beautiful story and beautiful team to tell it with. On ne fait pas ce métier là pour récolter des prix, mais ça fait certainement plaisir de voir que le travail et le coeur qu’on met dans notre craft est reconnu 💛 Bravo à toute mon équipe que j’aime profondément et un gros merci aux gens (de l’industrie ou non) qui me permettent de me sentir valorisée dans mon travail. ❤️🫣 ~ NEW SONG OUT : 𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐑𝐀 🔥✨ Je vous la joue live depuis 6 mois. La voici maintenant dans vos oreilles 🤗 (et non, pour ceux qui suivent, elle fait pas 6m30…) °Cette pièce a commencé à vivre comme finale de mon spectacle, au piano solo, et s’est tranquillement transformée en trip collectif, basée sur des improvisations. J’ai tellement de plaisir à la jouer avec mes chères Julia et Natalia Kotarba et avec Max Navert (@max_navert), mon ami et allié depuis plus de 15 ans. Le mot “Umbra” fait référence au point le plus sombre de la noirceur, mais cette pièce a été crée pour essayer d’y faire entrer de la lumière! °UMBRA is one of my favorite pieces to play live. It started out as the finale of my show, solo piano, and soon became a collective arrangement, based on improvisation. I have so much fun playing it with my wonderful musicians Julia and Natalia Kotarba (@juju.kotarba, @monchoccolate), and with my long time partner Maxime Navert on the synths. “Umbra” refers to the darkest part of the shadow…but this piece was created to put some light in it! 🔥 You can also watch the full videoclip by @nickhelderman, filmed last week in Paris with again, so much fun and joy. 🦍🤩 Clip complet en lien dans la bio.
