Aly Michalka Instagram – Thankful for so much this year. Most importantly my health and family. This year has not been an easy one, the first 7 months of the year were very hard on my mental health…..I do know that I am very blessed though. I have food on the table, a roof over my head and family who are alive and well. Many are not experiencing these basic comforts 😔 Let’s take a moment to lift them up in prayer and be thankful for what we do have, even if it feels small ❤️‍🩹🍂
