I walked in the alps had a wonderful fitness instructor, I had incredible visits to the spa, the best Thai massage I have ever had , a buccal face massage that hurts but gives the most incredible results and totally natural and I fell in love, with Switzerland. The most beautiful place with the most attentive staff I am still drinking the special herbal teas daily instead of caffeine and exercising daily. Thank you for having me I know I am very very lucky.
