Oh I woke up to a whole new WORLD! I’m so grateful to the @sagaftra negotiating committee for all the hard work, and also, now I get to talk about this incredible fall movie I did! #notesofautumn premiered during the #sagstrike to celebrate the season of pumpkins and trees and cinnamon and this one was so special to me. @ten_minutes_younger was an absolute dream to work with, as were @marcus_rosner and @peteporte. The creative brain of @bart_fisher once again allowed for me to fully relax and find Ellie’s humor and emotion as she came into her own. I hope you loved this movie!! Ohhh kay. It’s taking me a few days to get my bearings and I wouldn’t necessarily say that I have them yet due to the overwhelm of love coursing through my bod, but what will say for right now is that there are real live living superheros— you know who you are— and they made all my dreams come true for this years Dance Party to End Alz. This group of Hallmark actors showed up for @nikdeloach @kimberlywilliamspaisley and me in such a huge way. My mom dying of Alzheimer’s disease was a tragedy, but what we all did together inspired me and changed my life going forward. The kindness and generosity astounds me, and together we raised $300k for the research grant program at the @alzassociation!! It was a massive success and I’m so proud.
