They supply to the biggest department stores here, Michelin star restaurants and they even import. I’m suuuuper happy they decided to open their doors to the public during the pandemic to share their love for food 💃🏻 So…I got off the Battersea power station, walked a few minutes and was ushered in by Collin! (hi Collin!) and before even introducing myself properly I was offered the best blood orange juice I’ve ever tasted and got to meet the team. Deke, who I would say knows everything you need to know about cheese, chutneys, wine, cured meat, fresh meat or just anything really…was so kind and gave me a tour…essentially, you’re given a clipboard where you scribble down the code and quantity of what you’re buying and you’re allowed to roam freely (wearing a hairnet and a safety vest) around the warehouse and everything is calculated outside when they box up your picks.
