Devin Lytle Instagram – 2 boudoir photoshoots, 10 years apart. I personally think it’s pointless to lie about your age on the internet, but that doesn’t mean I am completely and utterly confident about getting older in general. My body hurts if I sleep with the wrong pillow! I have to put a bolster under my knees in yoga class now! Dairy gives me weird burps, and the list goes on! But recently I got the chance to do a boudoir photoshoot with the incredible @makameradivine and it got me thinking back to the first time I modeled for a boudoir photographer. It was for @jdpinteriors and it was 2014. I was 24ish and very nervous, and I remember feeling like a fraud the entire time. That said, @jdpinteriors made me look like a seggsy angel, god bless her Cut to last May, when I entered the rain room in DTLA. This time, I felt nothing but excitement and knew exactly what I wanted. And now I have these pictures that prove that getting older is scary, yes – but the surge in self confidence rocks. I’m turning 35 soon. How was 35 for you? What should I know going into it?
