Home Actress Dia Frampton HD Photos and Wallpapers November 2023 Dia Frampton Instagram - While walking in Kyoto alone... so many thoughts rise up. I try to not listen to music, or check my phone too often, although it's so beautiful I often reach for it to snag a photo. Drifting through new, strange territory alone is exhilarating and... not lonely, but full of satisfying solitude. Like when I meditate… fear of failure, past relationships, and regrets float through my mind. But I push them aside. They come and go as they please, but I don't latch onto them. Instead, I latch onto hope. The future. The beautiful people around me. The ones who somehow believe in me still. So grateful for every voice in my life that has told me, "I can." You don't know how much a passing phrase like that has meant to me. Onward we go. Kyoto, you're enchanting. 🇯🇵❤️ Kyoto, Japan

Hakone was perhaps my favorite stop on this trip. A gorgeous little mountain town, popular for their onsen. (Japanese hot springs). Random fact: If you have tattoos, many spots will not let you use the public hot springs, where yes, you are fully nude. Some do, but most don’t. However, if you have tattoos, some locations have private baths that you can reserve.

Kyoto, you inspire me. I dreamt up many meet cutes for future screenplays that dance in my head. I come home, eager to write.

Nara, I am so glad that I didn’t skip you. What a magical town you are. I fed deer, visited holy places, and people watched.

Japan feels safe. A place where everyone looks after each other. A small community of millions. I am so grateful you allowed me to come to your country and take in the smells, the sights, the generous people, the food, and the art. Thank you. 🇯🇵❤️

This island is breathtaking. The people here are so respectful and kind. Like, there are thousands of people rushing the streets of Tokyo and yet no one bumps into me – and if they do, there are a thousand apologies.

Random things I have noticed…

1. There are zero public trash bins. ZERO. You buy a coffee to go… you’ll hold that cup all damn day. I’ve been collecting my trash in my back pack or going into 7-elevens to use their bins. No trash cans in public parks, subway stations, street corners, etc. AND people legit do not litter here. It’s amazing. 😱

2. Coffee shops open late. Around 11 or 11:30 a.m. I guess people don’t like their super early morning brew?

3. Always accept a business card with 2 hands. It’s polite.

4. Uber is super easy to use here, and in my experience, quite a bit cheaper than LA. Taxis are easy and plentiful, too. But of course the subway and train is very efficient as well. (Is there anything NOT efficient in Japan?!)

5. At almost every restaurant- upscale or not – they give you a warm wet towel for your hands before the meal. It’s pretty awesome.

Japan, I love you. (I’m thinking of starting a little travel blog to recommend some of my favorite restaurants, coffee shops and museums. What do you think?)❤️ Tokyo,Japan
