We are stars wrapped in skin. The light you are seeking has always been within.” -Rumi 💫
As the days shorten I’m reminiscing over our beautiful summer days!
This picture was taken on Sunday during my sisters mother blessing ceremony.
A ceremony that was inspired by an ancient Navajo ritual called Blessingway; created to spiritually support and empower the new mother for her journey of birthing and motherhood, dedicated to nurturing the mother, and filling her cup so it overflows with love and confidence as she awaits the impending birth of her baby.
It was truly magical to be part of such a loving group of women surrounding my sister!
Sitting there seeing Rens and her beautiful pregnant belly I realized the time to deliver her baby is coming soon. This empowering ritual has given her trust and faith to have a beautiful natural birth! ✨💫
❤️ ‘Listen to the whispers you hear from within, give your soul the voice to be heard.’

Not sure why I love sitting on the floor from time to time ☺️
I have been spending a lot of time with my sister @renskroes because I’m beyond excited to become an auntie for the first time. It’s so special to see my younger sister grow into motherhood and I feel a very strong bond between us, our mother, sister and women in general!
So grateful for everything 💫 #sisterhood #women #sailing #freedom
Yesterday Myllena and I went for a chestnut hunt and we created this spiral. Today I looked online for a spiritual meaning of the spiral and found this quote:
‘The spiral can represent evolution and surrender. It can symbolize the way that stars and planets, and time revolve. It will represent being aware of a piece being part of a whole. The spiral will symbolize connection to God and the energy of the cosmos. Spirals can represent harmony, beginning, concentration, and focus. They can be used to expand, connect, and develop the mind. Spirals represent journey, direction, and progress.’ -Leah Dimurio-
Since I have been taking time for myself going inwards and feeling a deep connection to everything that is, life has been magical! Like creating this spiral with my daughter and reading this quote! Magic and synchronicity is everywhere if you find out how to look 💫

Talking about a bucket list experience, well this was it! Spending time in one of the most beautiful places on earth together with family and dear friends! Being home already for a few days now we’re all reminiscing about our time @joalimaldives where time didn’t exist, where we walked barefood all week and had endless conversations. Filled with gratitude we look back on one of the best holidays ever ❤️
This video resonates with me, it brings me to a higher vibration and frequency. It’s an incredible feeling of joy and hope during this time to feel connected with a lot of likeminded people and I hope it does the same to you ❤️💫 @freedomceremonies

When I was watching the @thrive_movie a while ago I was amazed by these two ladies and the wisdom they spoke with! It stuck with me and I can’t let go of it that’s why I decided to share it with you. I think the metaphor of the Caterpillar is so accurate today.
We as human beings can be so destructive to our planet just like a caterpillar can be to it’s surroundings eating everything on it’s way. When it’s satisfied it hangs itself and in it a soup of imaginal cells is created.
When Elisabeth Sahtouris is explaining why this metaphor is so important because the old and the new co exist, it resonates with me in this day and age! We can be those imaginal cells and build a new world!
Let us be that butterfly and spread our wings and move into that new world, focus on what CAN be in a world where we can all THRIVE! Power to the people 🦋
