EATING BREAKFAST … something I literally feared for years! I actually used to think it was quite impressive that I could go until 1pm with no food at all 🥳 I would go as long as I could every day without eating food because it meant I could eat less meals in the day … it is literally not cool or impressive AT ALL! What is cool though, is being able to function properly, being able to go out for food and actually choose food off the menu and not hating what you see in the mirror every single day. Skipping breakfast, not eating any snacks and working out religiously every single day aren’t always that bad if you’re doing them singularly (not that I would recommend it) however I was combining all 3 along with lots of other bad habits too which slowly but surely leaves you with an obsession over your food and how much you exercise 🥲 If you’re struggling with your food and exercise, drop me a DM now 🫶🏼
