Jste připraveni na zimní sezónu?
Tohle je můj tréninkovej deník. Původně jsem si ho nechala vyrobit pro sebe, protože je to vĕc, bez který nedám ani ránu. Zapisuju si tam kde co. Kromě tréninků i myšlenky, zážitky, plány… a tak mě naštvalo, když se papírový tréninkový deníky přestaly vyrábět. No a protože na vás myslim kudy chodim, tak jsem jich vyrobila pár navíc i pro vás a vlastnoručně je všechny podepsala! Takže kdyby měl náhodou někdo zájem, jsou dostupný na www.icecolours.com (link najdete v biu).😉 Jo a mimochodem pro vás kdo si nepíšete deník je tam spoustu dalších věcí jako hrnky, čepice, trička,…a hromada krásnejch obrazů a grafik od Jonáše (nejlepšího bráchy na světě).

Are you ready for the winter season?
This is my training diary. I originally had it made for myself because it’s something I can’t live without. I write things down. Besides workouts, thoughts, experiences, plans… and I was so upset when paper training journals stopped being made. Well, since I’m thinking of you as I walk, I made a few extra ones for you and signed them all with my own hand! Kosmetické okénko! Tak jsem vyzkoušela další produkty kosmetiky Kiehl’s. Některé krémy už delší dobu používám, s ostatními se postupně seznamuji, ale vypadá to, že jsem konečně našla kosmetiku pro mou větrem, deštěm, mrazem a sněhem ošlehanou pleť! Mně jsou všechny ty jejich produkty snad šitý přímo na míru.
Do zimního počasí doporučuji Retinol Skin-Renewing Daily Micro-Dose Serum a Super Multi-Corrective Cream! Moji pleti prospěly. Už se těším na další průzkumy Kiehl’s řad a na Vánoce! Napíšete si Ježíškovi taky o nějakou kosmetiku?

For me, I think all of their products are tailor-made.
For this winter weather, I recommend Retinol Skin-Renewing Daily Micro-Dose Serum and Super Multi-Corrective Cream! My skin has benefited from them. I’m looking forward to exploring more of Kiehl’s lines and to Christmas!Will you write to Santa for some cosmetic products too?
