Overnight oats are a great breakfast item to add to your 30 day plant-based pledge! They are easy to make and can last throughout the week🥣
Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 coffee shot
1 cup almond milk
1 tbs maple syrup
Top layer:
Vegan yogurt
Cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. In a container, stir all the ingredients: old-fashioned oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, coffee, vanilla and nut milk.
2. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly combined, and the oats are fully coated with the liquids.
3. Close the container’s lid and place it in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.
4. When the oats are ready topped with the yogurt and dust the top with cacao powder.
5. Now enjoy your Tiramisu Overnight Oats!
