👀who else has never tried a blueberry pancake? my mother in law can’t be the only one? 🤯
luckily after 70 years of missing out i made sure to go big or go home with my blueberry crisp collagen skillet pancake👌
and all you need is your fav pancake mix (i sometimes make from scratch) but we are gonna upgrade it so for every 1 cup of mix add in 2tbsp greek yogurt, 1tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seed and 4 tbsp collagen peptides and sprinkle about 1/4 cup of granola on top then cook at 350F in your oven for 20mins🫐
lmk when you make it – you could also make it on a baking sheet and then cut into square or fun festive shapes☃️
