A little education goes a long way when it comes to connecting with our loved ones, neighbors, and coworkers, post-service. These individuals serve loyally, regardless of the political landscape or who is in office, and they need our support upon returning to civilian life. A few weeks ago, I had the honor of spending time with our @usarmy at the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin. While there, we were introduced to the individuals, vehicles, tactics, and weapon systems utilized while training our combat troops. Got my first Black Hawk flight under my belt, and the MRE wasn’t half bad! Extremely grateful to the @ntcfortirwin for the experience & glimpse into your world. Thank you for helping me to further understand what it is we are thanking you for when we say “Thank you for your service” ❤️🇺🇸
