My fitness journey is looking good! Finally after so many years of on and off, love hate relationship with my fitness and wellness journey I have finally found something I like and can be consistent with

I workout 4-5 times CONSISTENTLY a week now, 3 times with fly other 2 at the park for a jog or yoga
With fly, I switch between fly cycle, fly boxing, yoga and reformer
Cardio, tone, cardio, tone

But I caught a few things sabrina said. John wick. So I think she compared my action scenes with john wick’s 🤣 HAHAHA and something something Malaysia.
I was actually caught by surprise because I wasnt expecting the camera to point at me and a few people gesturing me to stand. My brain went, Just smile and wave julia, no idea what they are saying but just smile and wave 🤣
Far east film festival was extremely well organised, crowded with film supporters, filmakers from all over the world as well as actors and actresses. I had a great night at the opening.
Tomorrow I will be presenting coast guard on stage and sit through a press conference, and probably think to myself I am very very lucky to be here. One of the director in the hall yesterday night is nominated for both far east film festival and cannes. I hope I get nominated in cannes one day, amin 🥹
Of course, not forgetting the president of Malaysia International Film Festival (MIFF) @joanne.goh_jazzygroup for making this happen. To many more achievements, growth and taking Malaysian films to the international stage! Admire everything you do for the Malaysian film industry @joanne.goh_jazzygroup
Despite wearing a hijab, I was still very much welcomed, celebrated and given the same opportunity as everybody else.
