Julianne Moore Instagram – Meet Katie Hathaway, this week’s  #WomenCrushWednesday. Katie is a mother turned activist, currently serving as Co-Leader of the Florida Chapter of @MomsDemand. She has dedicated countless hours volunteering, organizing, and leading the work to reduce gun violence in America. Katie is also passionate about preserving public education and she volunteers with Public School Defenders to ensure children have access to safe and inclusive environments, diverse books, and comprehensive and accurate curriculum. You can find Katie showing up at rallies, speaking at school board and PTA meetings, knocking on doors to get out the vote, and protesting at the capitol or on the streets in Florida.
