Here’s the thing, potatoes for me are their own food group and I’m pretty sure I’ve never had a potato dish I didn’t like😂 these melting potatoes are simply sensational!! Cut the potatoes into thick disks, Pat them dry really well the heavily salt and pepper them and sear them in a mix of olive oil and butter. Once seated on both sides, add some cracked garlic cloves and some rosemary (or thyme) along with enough stock to come about half way up the potato and throw them in a 400 degree oven until cooked through, should only take 15 min. They are simply divine!! #lvturkeyday2023
