Laura Vitale Instagram – Buongiorno beautiful people!! Let’s do another little nibble that you can serve any time for any occasion. Marsala roasted pears (slice a couple pears and drizzle with about a Tbsp of oil and Marsala, pinch of salt and some fresh thyme, roast at 400 for 15ish min. Slice some bread, drizzle that with some oil and toast it along side the pears. Whip together some Boursin (Gorgonzola or goat cheese also work great here) 4oz of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of soup cream and a drizzle of good oil (add a splash of milk if you want it thinner) then top your toasted bread with that, followed by the roasted pears, add a bit of prosciutto (the sweet, creamy and salty is just 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨) a few leaves of arugula and drizzle the whole thing with some hot honey. Un freaking real!!!!!!! The flavors, the texture, the deliciousness!! Next level! 😋 #lvturkeyday2023
