No it’s not brisket braised turned into chili but just a proper home chili that’s simmered low and slow and turned into absolute magic!! I’ve heard from MANY of you that said you won prizes at food festivals making this and I believe it! Only difference I do from the original recipe is I add chili beans instead of regular plain beans because I did it by accident once and never looked back!!
