One of the tags displayed the facts about the Russian army bombing a theatre in the port city of Mariupol where around 400 people were hiding.
Sasha is jailed for 1,5 years already. Sasha suffers from congenital heart disease, PTSD, and celiac disease (no medical help in jail). Her 8 years sentence could turn into a death sentence.
“LOVE IS STRONGER THAN WAR AND DEATH” – says Sasha’s postcard that we brought to the Russian embassy in London. These words sound even stronger today, as we wish and hope for love and peace in Ukraine, Israel, Palestine, Artsakh.
The police tried to detain us for performing the action, but we ran.

PUSSY RIOT STORMS INDIANA SUPREME COURT: “GOD SAVE AB*RTION”
Indiana was the first state to outlaw most ab*rtions after Roe v Wade was overturned.
The state supreme courts have become the hand and uncontested voice of god, we protest this by paying homage to Martin Luther and delivering our theses – starting with Thesis №1, GOD SAVE ABORTI*N.
OUR DEMANDS:
1. We demand the separation church and state
2. We demand access to LEGAL and SAFE abortion for every person in the United States.
3. We demand limitations of government control over our bodies
4. We demand a Pussy Riot representative to be appointed as an official advisor to each state’s supreme court, as experts on bodily autonomy 💒💖

Российские консерваторы всегда перенимают все самое худшее, что можно перенять из практики других стран: вслед за ликвидацией права на аб*рт на федеральном уровне в США и почти тотальным запретом аб*ртов в консервативных штатах, патриарх Кирилл потребовал запретить аборты в частных клиниках РФ.
Пока российский парламент только обсуждает эту инициативу, частные клиники в регионах уже начали отказываться от проведения абортов (якобы добровольно).
В России много что идет по пи*де, но с советских времен наша женщина привыкла к тому, что она распоряжается своим телом. Патриарх Кирилл обезьянничает и копирует практику западных консерваторов и ведет федеральную антиабортную кампанию – и если у него все получится, это будет неслыханный удар по правам женщин и других людей с матками в России.

Sasha is everything that I want my Russia to be. “I did not give in under the threat of captivity, pressure, persecution, an eight-year request from the prosecutor’s office, I was not a hypocrite, I did not lie, I was honest to myself and to the court” – said Sasha.
Sasha gives me hope for the future of Russia. Paying an insanely high personal price for it, Sasha shows the entire world that Russia isn’t just Putin’s orks. All Russians who oppose the war and Putin owe Sasha for this, and have to make sure she’ll be released soon.
