Polina Pushkareva Instagram – My first step to change the reality of socials in the US Nothing pisses me off more than the way social media agencies work in the USA. They give no guarantees to clients, they don’t know what to do and post randomly some stuff just hoping that one day their content will go viral. This approach makes people stop believing in SMM and in the fact that you can grow predictably on social networks. And SMM specialists can’t earn much money because they simply don’t understand what they should do. “It’s time to break this vicious circle,” I thought and launched my educational project “Managers”. The project goal is to teach from scratch how to earn money by promoting accounts on social networks for businesses, influencers and celebrities. The first batch has finished their studies today, and here are my conclusions after this launch👇 1. Making money on social networks is easy if you understand how to promote people We’ve built the project in a unique format. First, we explained to the guys how they should write a resume, pack a portfolio, close clients and sign contracts. Starting from the moment of the first assignment, students already found clients with whom they practiced new knowledge during the project. The pool of clients is fuckingly HUGE Almost every time I talked about “Managers” on social networks, people sent me messages asking me to find a cool specialist. Not everyone can afford the prices of Nioly Media Group, but everyone needs social networks = the flow of clients is endless. 3. I really enjoy teaching The guys who took part in the webinars know that I attend the broadcasts with wild eyes. I get incredibly inspired by coming up with ideas, communicating, and sharing my knowledge. I’ve truly enjoyed the working process. I am 100% sure that the project “Managers” will be big just because people need it. Those who want to earn money. People who need awesome managers. People who know that socials are the future.
