Sadie Frost Instagram – After practising yoga for 30 years in between work, parenting and the general chaos of life ! i realised i wanted / needed to dig deeper and do a teacher training to support me in my next phase of life and also working next year with @amcharahealth on some dynamic retreats! – id always loved @jivamuktiyoga – from the founders philosophy- to the suberb teachers id studied with previously @eastlondonschoolofyoga @emmajiva @hortense.suleyman @nadianarain to name a few of my wonderful teachers –
The last month has opened my eyes to so so many things and i am so very grateful for every moment i spent at @yogainsalento with my amazing teachers and fellow students .. thank you @jiva_milla @downdogberlin for a wonderful teacher training and to the seamless mentors @mitch_burnett @alexandra_colombo_pillyale who gave so much support & helped with everything- from the tears, fears, panic attacks- i could never have done it without you both- here is a chat with @downdogberlin where we explain a little about the training the past month- ciao for now its time to pack up and go back home ….
