Working with many layers of practice and traditional yogic philosophy – and loads of anatomy – hence my new friend- so many new words and new ideas, its impossible to comprehend it all- but I am sure after this experience it will take me to a deeper understanding and on a longer, fuller path- giving me a deeper insight on life and whats real and not real to me right now !🙏
